Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing, or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any or all of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that:
(i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and
(ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
The Service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in description or price, error in your order, or other reasons.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Legenity ("We," "Us," "Our") offers a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions, including your agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the “Dispute Resolution” section below.

When visiting the Website, you may have the option of purchasing a single product or enrolling into Legenity’s subscription plan ("subscription plan"), providing prior consent to be automatically charged every 28 days (or as otherwise stated at checkout) unless and until you cancel.
If you enroll, the amount of the enrollment will be billed and the product shipped every 28 days from your initial purchase unless you cancel. Prices charged will be those in effect at the time of billing.
To cancel your subscription, email help@trylegenity.com or log into your account. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to shipment to avoid the next charge.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and ship from our U.S. fulfillment center. Standard domestic delivery times range from 3–7 business days, depending on location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes assessed by their country.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)
At Legenity, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a risk-free 90-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases.
If you're not satisfied, contact help@trylegenity.com within 90 days of delivery for a full refund (no return required in most cases).
Important Notes:
Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product.
Limited to one refund per product type per customer.
Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
Multi-unit orders may require unopened items to be returned; Legenity covers return shipping in these cases.
Exchanges void the money-back guarantee.
Subscription Refunds:
Autoship/subscription orders are not eligible for the 90-day guarantee. Refunds are only available for unopened items, with return shipping paid by the customer.
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
A $2.00 restocking fee may apply.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact help@trylegenity.com immediately. A replacement will be sent at no cost; returns are not required.
To exchange an item, return the original in accordance with the refund policy. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved for a multi-unit order, Legenity may cover return shipping for unopened items (on first-time purchases only).
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
We continuously update our product offerings and may correct or update errors, pricing, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Promotions offered through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If rules conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any claim against Legenity may only be pursued in final and binding confidential arbitration, waiving your right to a jury trial or class action.
Arbitration will be conducted under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
Reselling Legenity products is restricted to approved business websites only.
No third-party reselling (Amazon, eBay, etc.) is permitted. Violators may be subject to a cease and desist and further legal action under Wyoming law.
